Pawtner is a little companion that naps on your home screen, wanders between your apps and brings you a stick when you're bored. It also keeps your reminders, alarms, focus timers and lists, and barks when it's time.

What it does
A little helper with a wagging tail
Talk to your pet like you'd talk to a friend. It handles the small stuff right on your phone.

Reminders and a bark alarm
Reminders, alarms and timers by voice. When it's time, your pet barks or meows, and alarms ring on time even over the lock screen.
Focus timers
Pomodoro sessions, plus “Sit with me”: your pet keeps you company while you work and gives you a look if you drift off to a social feed.
Notes and lists
Grocery, to-do and packing lists by voice. “Remember I parked on level 3” and it will, and it mentions birthdays on the day.
Gentle self-care
Water and medication check-ins, a mood check-in and a journal. Breathe with your pet when things feel like a lot.
Always one tap away
A home screen widget and a Quick Settings tile to talk to it from anywhere. Teach it tricks by voice: “roll over!”

Turn your own pet into your Pawtner
Any pet works: a dog, a cat, or someone a little more unusual. Your Pawtner looks like them, moves like them and has its own barks or meows.

Add a few photos
Pick 1 to 5 photos of your pet. Clear, well-lit ones work best.

Approve the drawing
You see your pet drawn as a Pawtner first, and only go ahead if it looks right.

Say hello
Your pet is animated to walk, sleep, eat and more. Teach it extra tricks whenever you like.
If a pet can't be made from your photos, you get a credit to try again.

Friends
Pets visit when friends are nearby
Meet up with a friend and your pets notice. Tap “Look for pets nearby” and, when a friend's phone is close, their pet comes over to visit yours, sometimes with a little gift.
- Add friends by swapping a code, or meet in person.
- Send good vibes from a set list: a hug, or “drink some water!”
- No chat, and no strangers. People you haven't added only see your pet's name.
- Friends is optional and free.

Most of what Pawtner knows about you stays on your phone. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking SDKs, and we don't sell your data.

Which phones does it work on?
Android phones running Android 12 or newer.
What does it cost?
Pawtner needs a Pawtner Plus subscription after setup, billed monthly or yearly through Google Play. Yearly includes one Pet Studio pet made from your photos. Extra tricks and paw packs are optional one-time purchases. Current prices are shown on Google Play. There are no ads.
What does Pawtner Plus add?
An AI brain for your pet: ask it anything, get summaries and translations of what's on your screen, smarter catch-ups on your notifications, and help drafting replies (you confirm before anything is sent).
Which permissions does it need?
Only “display over other apps”, so your pet can appear on your screen. Everything else, like the microphone, notifications or calendar, is optional and turns on a feature you choose.
Is it for kids?
Pawtner is made for ages 13 and up.
